Our story
Over a decade transforming building management
We started with the conviction that property management in Uruguay could be better: more transparent, more efficient and more tech-driven.
We started by managing one building and today we oversee more than 50 properties in Montevideo, Canelones and Maldonado. Along the way, we built a team of property managers, attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers and technicians specialized in property law.
We developed our own resident app and were the first to integrate artificial intelligence into daily management: from detecting expense anomalies to predicting preventive maintenance needs.
